Once upon a time in the land called Israel, a country of not so many people. The Jews as they are called worshiped only one God; a very jealous spirit. But the jews sinned and followed foreign gods. God became angry. He made them suffer for their sin by allowing foreign powers to invade the land. And so Babylon took the Jews as slaves miles away from their country to a strange place. There they worked day and night to the glory of Babylon. Seeing what they had done for Babylon they thought of home. They could hardly remember her landscapes. They only hoped it could be as beautiful as Babylon. So they prayed to God and asked for a way home. Home they did return to and reconstructed their land

You must understand that there is no place like home. A man with no knowledge of his root can be likened to a vagabond. You can travel to any city in the world at anytime but remember that the place is somebody's native land. Naturally you are only allowed to stay for a while. A day will come when you will have to answer you father's name.
The taxes you pay where you reside will be used to develop that place. So if you are in Lagos and you have no root there you are only developing a foreign land. You may be busy buying structures and building mansions in your foreign locations, you are doing them a favor of developing their lands. While you are at it remember not to talk Ill of your place of Origin which you chose to abandon.
Charity begins at home. Pay your tax in your place so that your home can also have the same look as New York. Raise your mansions at home. Initiate protests against corruption and help develop your home
So think home first
